Ruan is looking for a lead diesel technician based out of Ankeny, IA, to mentor and lead a team of diesel technicans to support maintenance for our dedicated customers. This individual must have diagnostic and technology experience. Freightliner experience preferred.

Schedule
Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with weekends off, working from 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.!
This individual will spend at least 75% off the floor while leading a team of technicians, working closely with the service manager, and backfilling the service manager role as needed.
Paid Training
Enjoy identifying mechanic problems using charts, technical manuals, and diagnostic equipment with paid training from some of the best in the industry. Ruan ensures that our technicians have access to the latest diagnostic technology and training.
Tool and Work Boot Program
Ruan's tool and work boot program helps technicians obtain the tools they need to be safe and successful! Each technician that joins the Ruan team will receive a $1,000 tool reimbursement and a work boot voucher. Additionally, uniforms are provided.
